Reflection, Interrupted

Water is still on my brain. The reservoirs are low. Winter is usually the season for rain here (and snow, at higher elevations), but this year’s skywater seems to have gone elsewhere. I don’t yet have a long-term memory in this landscape, but long-timers assure me that this is dry. Dry enough that paleoclimatologists are chiming in.
