This one is a throwback to almost exactly a year ago.
Walking on the beach in Seward, AK, at sunset. A low tide left dozens of 12-18 inch wide jellies stranded on the rocks, catching the day’s final light.
Though they’re sometimes referred to as jellyfish, these creatures aren’t fish at all (notice the lack of bones or complex organs in its transparent body). In fact, you can make a much more convincing argument that people are fish than that jellies are.
Sadly, typing “people are fish” into google brings up articles about a fish playing pokemon. The internet is missing out on a great opportunity here.
